Clutch line removal steps

Drain assembly and heat protector (Refer to GROUP 55 - Heater Unit and Blower Assembly ). <RHD>

Flexible suction hose connection (heater unit side) and liquid pipe B connection (heater unit side) (Refer to GROUP 55 - Heater Unit and Blower Assembly ). <RHD with A/C>


·
Fuel vapour canister (Refer to GROUP 17 - Emission Control <MPI> ). <RHD>


·
Hydraulic unit (ASC-ECU) (Refer to GROUP 35C - Hydraulic Unit ). <RHD with ASC>

  • Do not remove the O-rings and the clips from the clutch tube assembly and the clutch master cylinder. <LHD>
  • Do not remove the O-rings and the clip from the clutch tube assembly. <RHD>
  • If the O-rings or the clips of the clutch tube assembly and the clutch master cylinder are damaged, replace each assembly.

  • Check that the O-ring and the clip are not damaged before installing the clutch tube assembly and the clutch master cylinder.
  • If any connection area and O-ring are dirty, clean with the clutch fluid.
