<<A>> MOTOR MOUNTING FRONT INSULATOR AND TRANSMISSION COUPLING BOLT REMOVAL



caution Because the motor mounting front insulator may become damaged, use the garage jack to hold the motor (electric motor unit) assembly.
Loosen all the coupling bolts for transmission and motor (electric motor unit) assembly, and then remove the coupling bolt for the motor mounting front insulator and transmission.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

1.Remove the grease adhering to the inner face of transmission connecting joint.

2.Apply the specified grease slightly and evenly to the inner face of the transmission connecting joint as indicated in the figure.

    Specified grease: MOLYKOTE BR-2 PLUS
    Application amount: 0.1 to 0.3 g
note Application of grease to the transmission and to the motor (electric motor unit) axle side is not needed.
