Repair the defective connector.
|
|
|
|
(1)Disconnect joint connector (CAN2) and joint connector (CAN3), and check the following
wiring harness.
|
|
(2)Check that there is continuity between C-04 joint connector (CAN2) terminal No.7
and C-01 joint connector (CAN3) terminal No.5 <LHD - CAN_H> OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less)
|
|
(3)Check that there is continuity between C-04 joint connector (CAN2) terminal No.6
and C-01 joint connector (CAN3) terminal No.5 <RHD - CAN_H> OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less)
|
|
(4)Check that there is continuity between C-04 joint connector (CAN2) terminal No.20
and C-01 joint connector (CAN3) terminal No.16 <LHD - CAN_L> OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less)

|
(5)Check that there is continuity between C-04 joint connector (CAN2) terminal No.19
and C-01 joint connector (CAN3) terminal No.16 <RHD - CAN_L> OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less)

Check C-37 intermediate connector, and repair if necessary.

The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00 - How

Malfunction ).
