TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
- Malfunction of the connector [joint connector (CAN1) or combination
meter connector improperly connected]
- Malfunction of the wiring harness [open circuit between the combination
meter connector and the joint connector (CAN1), or power supply circuit to the combination meter]
- Malfunction of the combination meter

STEP 1. Connector check: C-105 joint connector (CAN1) and C-03 combination meter connector |

Is the check result normal?

Go to Step 2. |

Repair the defective connector. |

STEP 2. Check the wiring harness between C-03 combination meter connector and C-105 joint connector (CAN1) |

(1)Disconnect combination meter connector and joint connector (CAN1), and check the
following wiring harness. |
(2)Check that there is continuity between C-03 combination meter connector terminal
No.14 and C-105 joint connector (CAN1) terminal No.3 <CAN_H> OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less) |
(3)Check that there is continuity between C-03 combination meter connector terminal
No.15 and C-105 joint connector (CAN1) terminal No.14 <CAN_L> OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less) |

Check the power supply circuit of the combination meter. Refer to Group 54A - Combination meter - Troubleshooting . |
