GENERAL INFORMATION
- The engine mounts use cylindrical mounts, whereas transmission mounts use
liquid-filled cylindrical mounts. This reduces idling vibration and acceleration noise, and improves
riding comfort.
- For the engine mounting bracket, lightweight and high rigidity aluminium is adopted
to reduce acceleration noise.
- For the transmission mounting bracket, light weight and high rigidity sheet metal
is adopted to reduce gear noise.
- There are roll stoppers at front and rear. They help reduce vibration when the engine
is idling and shock during acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle.
- A flat crossmember is adopted to improve steering ability.
