DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS



<<A>> BALL ROLLER BEARING REMOVAL



1.Set the special tool Bearing Remover (MD998917) as shown.
2.Set the special tool Bearing Remover (MD998917) on the end of one ball bearing. Use a hydraulic press to press out the bearing from the output gear.
3.Turn the output gear over. Set the special tool Bearing Remover (MD998917) on the end of the other ball bearing. Use a hydraulic press to press out the bearing from the output gear.

<<B>> COUNTER GEAR BEARING REMOVAL



1.Use the special tool bearing remover (MD998917) and the press to remove the counter gear from the output gear.

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS



>>A<< COUNTER GEAR INSTALLATION



Use the following special tools and the press to install the counter gear to the output gear.

  • Installer cap (MD998812)
  • Installer (100) (MD998813)
  • Installer adapter (MD998818)

>>B<< BALL ROLLER BEARING INSTALLATION



Use the following special tools and the press to install the ball bearing to the output gear.

  • Installer cap (MD998812)
  • Installer (100) (MD998813)
  • Installer adapter (MD998817)

>>C<< SNAP RING INSTALLATION



Select an appropriate snap ring so that the clearance between the output shaft gear end and the ball bearing meets the standard value. Then install the snap ring.
Standard value: 0 - 0.09 mm
note Select the thickest snap ring which can be fitted in the clearance.

>>D<< BALL ROLLER BEARING INSTALLATION



Use the following special tools and the press to install the ball bearing to the output gear.

  • Installer cap (MD998812)
  • Installer (100) (MD998813)
  • Installer adapter (MD998817)
