The AVAS-OFF indicator flashes.

The speaker sounds when the selector lever position displayed on the combination meter is "P" or the engine is running with the vehicle stationary.

The speaker sounds when the brake pedal is depressed with the vehicle stationary. (The selector lever position displayed on the combination meter is NOT "P" with the engine stopped)

The speaker does not sound when the brake pedal is released with the vehicle stationary. (The selector lever position displayed on the combination meter is NOT "P" with the engine stopped)

When the AVAS switch is pressed with the buzzer sounding, the buzzer will continue sounding.

Although the AVAS-OFF indicator remains illuminated, the speaker sounds.

The buzzer sound is too small or distorted.

When the vehicle speed reaches 38 km/h (speedometer indication: ca. 40 km/h), the buzzer does not cease sounding.
The buzzer does not imitate acceleration and deceleration by sweep-sound effect as the vehicle speed changes.
