Pre-removal operation
  • Draining Engine coolant replacement (Refer to GROUP 14A, On-vehicle Service ).
  • Front passenger’s seat removal (Refer to GROUP 52A - Front Seat Assembly ).
  • Second seat removal (Refer to GROUP 52A - Second Seat Assembly ).
  • Cargo floor box removal (Refer to GROUP 52A - Interior Trim ).
  • Front / Rear scuff plate, Centre pillar trim, lower removal (Refer to GROUP 52A - Interior Trim ).

Post-installation operation
  • Front / Rear scuff plate, Centre pillar trim, lower installation (Refer to GROUP 52A - Interior Trim ).
  • Cargo floor box installation (Refer to GROUP 52A - Interior Trim )
  • Second seat installation (Refer to GROUP 52A - Second Seat Assembly )
  • Front passenger’s seat installation (Refer to GROUP 52A - Front Seat Assembly .)
  • Filling up Engine coolant replacement (Refer to GROUP 14A, On-vehicle Service )

To remove the heater piping hose assembly, plug the nipples at the hose and the electric heater to prevent engine coolant from escaping.
