The brake pedal stroke sensor is supplied with the 5-V power from the EV-ECU.

- If the brake pedal stroke sensor power supply voltage
of 4.7 V or less or 5.3 V or higher continues, the diagnosis code No. P1B1B will be set.
|
|
|
- Wiring harness or connector fail
- Brake pedal stroke sensor malfunction
- EV-ECU malfunction
|
|
|
(1)Disconnect the B-121 brake pedal stroke sensor connector, and then measure the
voltage at the harness connector side.
|
|
|
(2)Turn the electric motor switch to the "ON" position.
|
|
|
(3)Measure the voltage between the B-121 brake pedal stroke sensor terminal No.1 and
the body earth. OK: 4.9 to 5.1 V
