PROBABLE CAUSES



  • The AC power supply (supply side) is failed.
  • The charging cable is failed.

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE


STEP 1. Check the trouble symptom



  • Connect the charging cable with home sockets. At that time, check that the READY indicator (green lamp) is lit, also the CHARGE indicator (orange lamp) and the FAULT indicator (red lamp) are momentarily lit.

Q. Does the trouble symptom persist?

Replace the charging cable.
Check the AC power supply usage conditions used by the users.
