INSPECTION


BLOWER MOTOR CHECK

Check that the motor turns when applying battery power between the connector terminals. Also check to see that there is no abnormal sound emitted from the motor at this time.

AIR RECIRCULATION/FRESH AIR SELECTION DAMPER MOTOR AND POTENTIOMETER CHECK
caution Stop energizing when the lever is set to the operation stopping position.

MOTOR CHECK
Battery connection (+) terminal
 Battery connection (-) terminal
 Lever operation

 Turns toward the fresh air position side.

 Turns toward the air recirculation position side.
2.POTENTIOMETER CHECK
    When the resistance value between connector terminals 3 and 5 is measured while checking the motor, check that the resistance value changes gradually within the standard value.
Standard value: 1.20 (fresh air position) to 4.80 (air recirculation side) kΩ

AIR OUTLET CHANGEOVER DAMPER MOTOR AND POTENTIOMETER CHECK
caution Stop energizing when the lever is set to the operation stopping position.

2.POTENTIOMETER CHECK
    When the resistance value between connector terminals 3 and 5 is measured while checking the motor, check that the resistance value changes gradually within the standard value.
Standard value: 0.80 (FACE) ~ 4.80 (DEF) kΩ

AIR MIX DAMPER MOTOR AND POTENTIOMETER CHECK
caution Stop energizing when the lever is set to the operation stopping position.

2.POTENTIOMETER CHECK
    When the resistance value between connector terminals 3 and 5 is measured while checking the motor, check that the resistance value changes gradually within the standard value.
Standard value: 1.20 (MAX HOT) to 4.80 (MAX COOL) kΩ

FOOT AREA AIR OUTLET/MAIN BATTERY COOLING SELECTION DAMPER MOTOR CHECK
caution Stop energizing when the lever is set to the operation stopping position.
