REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION


Pre-removal Operation
  • Front Under Cover (RH) and Side Under Cover (RH) Removal (Refer to GROUP 51, Under Cover ).
  • Power Steering Fluid Draining (Refer to ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Power Steering Fluid Supplying and Bleeding (Refer to ).
  • Drive Belt Tension Check (Refer to GROUP 11A, On-vehicle Service - Drive Belt Tensioner ).
  • Front Under Cover (RH) and Side Under Cover (RH) Installation (Refer to GROUP 51, Under Cover ).




Removal steps

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< PRESSURE TUBE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

Place the pressure hose stopper to touch the power steering pump stopper, and install the pressure hose.

Install the suction hose so that the marking is positioned upward.
