COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM
Current trouble
- If the jam prevention function is operated 3 times or more consecutively, ETACS-ECU
sets the diagnosis code No. 2005.
- If the diagnosis code No. 2005 is set as past trouble, carry out diagnosis with
particular emphasis on wiring and connector(s) in the CAN bus line. For diagnosis procedures,

).
PROBABLE CAUSES
- Malfunction of the front power window motor <passenger’s
side>
- Malfunction of the front power window sub switch
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE |
STEP 1. Confirm the front power window <passenger’s side> learning function. |
(1)Check that the front power window sub switch has learned the fully closed position
of the window (Refer to ). |
| (2)On completion, check that diagnosis code No.2005 is not reset. |
