GEAR OIL REPLACEMENT


1.Remove the filler plug.
2.Remove the drain plug and drain oil.
3.Tighten the drain plug to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 60 ± 10 N·m

4.Refill the gear oil until the level satisfies the specification.
Specified gear oil:

    MITSUBISHI MOTORS GENUINE Super Hypoid Gear Oil API classification GL-5 SAE 80 or SAE 90
    Amount to use:

      <Except high power engine (2WD with 15 inch tyres)> 1.5 L
      <Except high power engine (2WD with 16 inch tyres, 4WD)> 2.1 L
      <High power engine> 2.1 L
5.Tighten the filler plug to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 50 ± 10 N·m
