TROUBLE JUDGMENT


Check Conditions
  • Accelerator pedal position sensor (main) output voltage is above the specified value.
  • Accelerator pedal position sensor (sub) output voltage is above the specified value.
Judgment Criterion
  • The amount of the difference from the half signal voltage of accelerator pedal position sensor (main) and signal voltage of accelerator pedal position sensor (sub) is greater than the threshold.

FAIL SAFE FUNCTION

  • Failed accelerator pedal position sensor (main)
  • Failed accelerator pedal position sensor (sub)
  • Failed electrical harness in accelerator pedal position sensor circuit
