Check Condition
  • Ignition switch: ON
Judgment Criterion
  • The power stage hardware reports either a short circuit to the earth, a short circuit to the battery voltage or excess temperature.

FAIL SAFE FUNCTION



  • The output duty cycle is set to a test pulse with the duty cycle value and the period.

PROBABLE CAUSE



  • Failed throttle valve control servo
  • Failed electrical harness in throttle valve control servo circuit
