1.Remove the radiator condenser tank mounting bolts.

2.Move the radiator condenser tank to a place where it will not be a hindrance when
checking the alternator and others belt tension.

Check the alternator and others belt tension after turning
the crankshaft clockwise one turn or more.
|
Make sure that the indicator mark on the alternator drive belt auto-tensioner is within
the area marked with A in the illustration. 4.If the mark is out of the area A, replace the alternator and others belt (Refer to ).
note |
The alternator and others belt tension check is not necessary as the alternator drive
belt auto-tensioner is adopted.

5.Tighten the radiator condenser tank mounting bolts to the specified torque. Tightening torque: 12 ± 2 N·m
