DIAGNOSIS CONTENT



TROUBLE JUDGMENT


Check Condition
  • Ignition switch: ON
  • The engine is not running.
  • Once per driving cycle.
Judgment Criterion
  • The absolute difference from the boost pressure and barometric pressure is exceeds the threshold.

FAIL SAFE FUNCTION



  • Boost pressure control is prohibited.
  • EGR control is prohibited.

PROBABLE CAUSE



  • Failed boost pressure sensor
  • Failed engine-ECU
