Pre-removal operation
  • Engine Coolant Draining <BSY> (Refer to ).
  • Air Cleaner Intake Duct Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Air Cleaner <BSY> ).

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

<<A>> RADIATOR UPPER HOSE/RADIATOR LOWER HOSE REMOVAL

Make mating marks on the radiator hose and the hose clamp. Disconnect the radiator hose.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< RADIATOR LOWER HOSE/RADIATOR UPPER HOSE INSTALLATION

1.Insert the hose to the protrusions at both radiator and engine sides.
2.Align the mating marks on the radiator hose and hose clamp, and then connect the radiator hose.
