IMPROVEMENTS IN COMFORT



  • With the adoption of automatic A/C, the outside/inside air circulation switching, air outlet, and outlet air temperature are automatically controlled according to the ambient temperature, solar radiation, and passenger compartment temperature so that the optimum air conditioner is achieved.
  • The clean air filter with deodorising function working for VOC (volatile organic compound) is adopted to improve the air quality inside the passenger compartment.
  • The PTC heater* is installed to ensure the heating performance. <3200 option>

IMPROVEMENTS IN OPERATION PERFORMANCE



  • The defroster switch and rear fan switch is installed independently to improve operability.
  • The large dial is adopted to improve operability.
  • The liquid crystal display is adopted for the control panel to improve visibility.
  • The dial type switch is adopted for temperature control and fan adjustment switches on the rear control panel to ease the operation.

IMPROVEMENTS IN FUEL ECONOMY



  • Engine idle speed according to air conditioner load is optimised.
  • Subcooled condenser is installed.

IMPROVEMENT IN SAFETY



  • The ventilation system with defog windows has been realised.
  • Installation of blower type defroster and high performance heater.

GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION



    Adoption of HFC134a for refrigerant.

IMPROVEMENTS IN SERVICE QUALITY



  • Reduction of refrigerant gas leakage and improvement in serviceability by incorporating condenser and receiver
  • Clean air filter is installed to the backside of glove box to facilitate the filter replacement
