1.The front sidemember outer and front sidemember inner interfere with the front upper frame, and thus remove the front upper frame.

2.To remove the front sidemember reinforcement front, cut and remove the front sidemember outer as shown in the figure.

3.To remove the welding point of front sidemember inner, cut and remove the front sidemember outer as shown in the figure.

|
1.When assembling the new front sidemember inner part, apply in advance adhesives to the areas shown in the figure of the instructions.
Adhesive: Epoxyayresin adhesive
Brand: 3M ATD Part No.8115 or equivalent
2.Install the new front sidemember reinforcement front, and install the new front sidemember outer.
