DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION


METHOD OF READING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <6G7>

1.Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position while press the "COAST/SET" switch. Then, within one second, release the "COAST/SET" switch and press the "ACC/RES" switch.

2.Read a diagnosis code by observing the flash display pattern of the cruise control indicator lamp within the combination meter.

note Other diagnosis items are also output as voltage waveforms corresponding to diagnosis code numbers.

Use the M.U.T.-III to read the diagnosis code (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, Diagnosis Function .)

METHOD OF ERASING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <6G7>
Disconnect the negative battery cable.

METHOD OF ERASING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <4M4>
Use the M.U.T.-III to erase the diagnosis code (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, Diagnosis Function .)
