REGULAR CHARGING CONTROL SYSTEM CIRCUIT



PROBABLE CAUSES

  • An outlet with earth is not used.
  • Use of an extension cable
  • Malfunction of the domestic power supply facility

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

STEP 1. Connector check: G-03 regular charging connection

Q. Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 2.
Correct the connector, or replace the charger cable (regular charging). (Refer to .)

STEP 2. Check the wiring harness between G-03 regular charging connection terminal No. 5 and the body earth.
Check the earth line for open circuit.

Q. Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 3.

    Correct the wiring harness or replace the EV charger cable (regular charging). (Refer to .)

STEP 3. Check the trouble symptom.

Q. Is the check result normal?
Intermittent malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points - How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunction .)
Check the earth circuit of the domestic power supply facility.
