REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  • *: Indicates parts which should be temporarily tightened, and then fully tightened with the vehicle on the earth in an unladen condition.
  • When the suspension is adjusted or replaced, the calibration of steering wheel sensor must be performed. (Refer to GROUP 35C- On-vehicle Service- Steering Wheel Sensor Intialisation ).
Pre-removal Operation
  • Upper Arm Assembly Removal (Refer to ).
  • Battery Tray Removal (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Air Cleaner Assembly Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Air Cleaner <3800>, <3200>).

Post-installation Operation
  • Air Cleaner Assembly Installation (Refer to GROUP 15, Air Cleaner <3800>, <3200>).
  • Battery Tray Installation (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Upper Arm Assembly Installation (Refer to ).
  • Front wheel Alignment Check and Adjustment (Refer to ).
  • Check the Beam Direction of the Headlamp (Refer to GROUP 54A- On-vehicle Service- Headlamp Aiming ).
