Pre-removal Operation
  • Engine Coolant Draining (Refer to ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Air Intake Duct Installation (Refer to GROUP 15 - Air Cleaner ).
  • Engine Coolant Refilling (Refer to ).
  • A/T Fluid Check (Refer to GROUP 23A - On-vehicle Service - Essential Service ) <6G7-A/T>.
  • A/T Fluid Check (Refer to GROUP 23C - On-vehicle Service - Essential Service ) <4M4-A/T>.

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

<<A>> RADIATOR UPPER HOSE/RADIATOR LOWER HOSE DISCONNECTION

1.Make mating marks on the radiator hose and the hose clip as shown to install them in the original position.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< RADIATOR LOWER HOSE/RADIATOR UPPER HOSE CONNECTION

1.Insert radiator hose as far as the projection of the cooling water inlet hose fitting, cooling water outlet hose fitting, cooling water outlet pipe and radiator.
2.Align the mating marks on the radiator hose and hose clamp, and then connect the radiator hose.
