Pre-removal Operation
  • Engine Cover Removal (Refer to GROUP 11C - Engine Assembly ).
  • Battery Removal (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Throttle Body Assembly Removal (Refer to GROUP 13B - Throttle Body Assembly ).
  • EGR Valve and EGR Pipe B Removal (Refer to GROUP 17 - Emission Control, EGR Valve and EGR Cooler ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • EGR Valve and EGR Pipe B Installation (Refer to GROUP 17 - Emission Control, EGR Valve and EGR Cooler ).
  • Throttle Body Assembly Installation (Refer to GROUP 13B - Throttle Body Assembly ).
  • Battery Installation (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Engine Cover Installation (Refer to GROUP 11C - Engine Assembly ).

caution Do not use the EGR gas temperature sensor which dropped.

note Use the recommended tool flare nut (14) socket (MB992692) to remove the EGR gas temperature sensor.
